Knitting in the Round on Two Circular Needles

Knitting in the round on Two Circular Needles, like on double-pointed needles, and one set of circular needles, allows you to create tubes of knitting.  Knitting in the round on 2 Circular Needles is especially helpful for knitting for smaller tubes:  socks, tops of hats and sleeve cuffs.

One major characteristic of knitting in the round is that the right side is always facing you.  This means that if you are working up a stockinette swatch, you will knit all rows.
